INGREDIENTS

Water, Cocamidopropyl PG dimonium phosphate chloride, Caprylyl glycol, Lactic acid (as needed for pH control. 4.5 to 5.5), Chamomile.

 

INSTRUCTIONS

  • Gently rub wipes in a circular motion.
  • Dab around the eyes.
