We Understands that courier fees can impact on your purchasing. We strive to reduce these charges as much as possible. For example we don’t use fancy printed cartons, as much as we would like too, we believe in reusing and reducing the cost of delivery.
Payments on this website are not in real time. Your Credit card is not automatically deducted.
At the checkout facility you will have two options. One of them must be selected to submit an order.
Option 1. You agree that freight will be added by our warehouse
Option 2. We contact you with freight charge before processing. NOTE: We will email you the charges, then you must email back saying “I agree “or you can telephone us to agree. Please check your Junk or spam folder as it will be an order form attachment. This may add a delay to processing.
FREE PICK UP
You may choose to pick the stock by yourself and it’s free of charge.
FREIGHT CHARGES (Brisbane Area)
Goods delivered within the Brisbane Metropolitan area are delivered by either our Driver, Fastway Couriers or Australia Post. All area locations are determined by POSTCODE. A Freight and Handling charge of $10 (exc GST) will be charged for all orders under $200 exclusive of GST. Freight is quoted at $10 (exc GST) per item with a weight of 25kg or less and if delivered by courier of post (no extra charges if delivered by our driver when there are multiple boxes). We will combine items to make the freight the most economical possible. Delivery charges are calculated and added to your order total.
We will do our best to deliver goods within two days or the same day if the order was placed before 9 AM.
Any other areas Australia wide, we advise you of the freight cost prior to shipping. The freight cost is depended on the size in cubic meters and weight measurement. We will try to make it the most cost-effective.
DANGEROUS GOODS
We do not send hazardous goods outside the Brisbane metropolitan area because of the expensive freight and insurance charges by post but we deliver in our van where we can. You may choose your own transport or pick up hazardous items.
ITEMS ON ORDER
All the items on the website are not stocked therefore backorders can occur, in such circumstances, we will send the items as soon as they are available. You may cancel the order before shipment. In any such circumstances, we will inform on estimated arrival time.
