Terms and conditions

1. This competition (“Competition”) is conducted by RapidClean New England.
2. Entry to the Competition constitutes acceptance of these conditions.
3. The Competition will commence on 1 July – 31 August 2021, 5pm (AEST).
4. The total prize pool is up to $1000.00 (inc gst). Prize includes the Customer prize of $500 and the Participating Restaurant prize of $500.
5. Open to Restaurants that purchase from Rapid Clean New England. Each participating Restaurant qualifies to be a part of the competition by purchasing the required takeaway containers.
6. Available container sizes: 500ml, 650ml, 750ml.
7. The prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash, or for any other consideration otherwise than in accordance with this Competition.
8. The winners will have 3 Business days to claim their prize. If not claimed within 3 business days we have the right to choose another winner.
9. The Promoter accepts no liability or responsibility for any tax liabilities which may be imposed as a result of prizes being won under the Competition. Please consult your tax agent for further rulings.
10. Each Entrant consents to the Promoter and its stores using their name, likeness, image, answer and/or voice (including any photograph, film and/or recording of them) in any media at any time or times without remuneration for the purpose of promoting this Competition, the Promoter and/or any of the Promoter’s products.
11. Personal information will be collected by the Promoter and held in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy.
